I believe the numbers is China could be close. Those cellphones, some have two, some locked in I guess didn’t want to pay. China actually locked some people in their homes, they couldn’t leave. I remember they had drone flying around telling people to go home. That is much different than say California where people are on the beach still with stay at home order, that would not happen in China. But it still not over, as people return, they can bring it back with them, just look at Hong Kong now. They realize now the people coming back, they need to quarantine...too many people moving around from hot locations to cold locations unchecked spreading the virus.
