As far as i was able to understand, it was never clearly elucidated here, if the contract was per card-processing device, vs. per transaction. The former makes more sense to me, and if so, would insulate us somewhat. However, First Data staff preparing letters for each Merchant and putting them in envelopes might be slowed, though maybe not.
