Dr. Patterson would most likely do a CCR5 occupancy test if they're using less than 700mg or are looking at using 700mg more than once a week. Probably also a flow cytometry test for cytokine levels. At the hospital they'd do lung x-rays for fluid buildup and blood oxygen levels.
