If the FDA approves the device and sales roll who cares about up or down stock manipulation. This is a penny stock, but Nasdaq stocks are manipulated also. But if this testing is just a theory that doesn't pan out I doubt this Company survives. Hopefully, they at least believe 100% in what they have. Many BIO drug CEO and Boards believe in drugs that ultimately fail, that doesn't make them crooks for trying.
