In plain English which I believe this is, he is telling Mylan Drug to get these pills made so we can begin treating the corona virus. In my opinion, this is all Dalton is doing. While Dalton has mentioned that Mylan did invest in one of our start-up division a while back, this does not mean Mylan will now be part of our conglomerate. If Dalton wants us to believe otherwise, then he will say so. Any posts by others indicating this means much more than what was said is merely hype, and should be considered as such.
