it will be temporary that's why MID APRIL is the more realistic
timeframe for PHIL to get going again with LUX FUNDS.
Also PHIL can get
other things done while we're waiting for the travel bans
to end.
Remember while Henry is stuck in USA
PHIL has other officers of the company
in VIETNAM now so they can carry on plans for projects
that will be coming with the LUX FUNDS.
