History: I believe that if my memory serves correctly,"the expert Dr. F" was with the CDC when they declined to follow normal public health contact tracing for AIDS due to the sensitivity of the homosexual community in the 1980s. I believe that millions died as a result of that shortsighted decision. Fear mongering at that time was similar to what is going on today.Society as a whole is now saddled with ridiculous, ineffective, wasteful, time consuming, unproven, rules and regulations that are dragging our entire medical system down and related economies down. I wonder what types or behavior changes will be permanently foisted on us now.
