But you know what ...if my patient dying from CV will not tolerate 600 mg , I will give 400 mg and hope for the best..

And if person is not very big , I will expect at least improvement with some..
Together with Zithromax and 50 mg of zinc .

At lest I be doing something , before 2 years from now when studies will be know..

I am, I believe older than you physician , this is why my approach might be little different..
