Doctor580 , - in my observation with Patients , 400 mg of plaquenil ( 200 mg bid) was tolerated by most , and not that much even of GI problems ,, so I am more positive that treatment with 600 mg for 24 hrs for a week can be accomplish with many , and we dont know maybe even 400 mg will be enough ...Of course depend a lot of body weight...

So I became hopeful here ...
