Ohm,
I was having my morning coffee and reading your post I couldn't avoid to chuckle and feel good (not the caffeine).
Let me explain: During all my career as investor (30 Years+) I have had one mantra: diversify. I had a percentage of my investing money as the maximum I will have in one stock based on a portafolio management formula.
That is, until CYDY came along. You depicted well what can happen after reading continuously about CCR5. Today I seat with an extremely oversized position and my mantra is gone (and some of my points of reference). Not sure it I will recover my former "discipline" after all is said and done, but I am sure, all will end up well.
So you are not alone

When I first started researching leronlimab's use in just HIV, even with the financials I couldn't figure out why this was sitting at 50 cents. I kept looking for the item that I must be missing that would make it a bad investment. Nothing showed up so I took a small position. After I started reading medical papers on the other indications it became my only position. The only time in my lifetime I did not diversify.
