I admit it is "sketchy" but INO has not announced a partnership with Genone for vaccine development whereas they have announced arrangements with others in the vaccine arena here but I see no proof that USA Today is erroneous in their reporting and until I see a retraction I will accept it as valid.
I have written to USA Today for clarification and I suggest others do the same.
