KYCats i'm thinking Mid April more realistic for one thing April 12
is the earliest the USA travel ban to EUROPE will be over and
its obvious the CV-19 situation around the world is still going
to get worse before it gets better for at least the next few weeks.
I would hope even if Henry has the 10K ready to file he would
just wait until we get a better picture the WORLD is getting
a handle on this VIRUS.
The encouraging thing is VIETNAM still only has a few
dozen active cases of CV-19 and still not even one death
so they r doing a remarkable job of containment and in the
longer run that is going to make VN a SAFE HAVEN for
businesses to go to as a result PHIL will SHINE once LUX FUNDS
activate and it announces NEW PROJECTS !!
