Steel, if you look at the candle bottoms this week of the 4 major averages, it looks like a base is forming. But news can change anything.

IMO, many stocks were overvalued. I don't see us setting new index highs maybe in many years. It took from 1964 to 1983 beat the 1964 top meaningfully. Might be a traders market for 19 years, like 64-83?
