What don't you understand about machines that produce similar if not identical parts?

Also, who said that they are not currently producing parts that are known to be identical to both products (Diabetes test strips and CV test strips) (Diabetes testing meters and CV testing meters)? Don't make assumptions about things you don't know. This stuff is so obvious to anyone who knows about manufacturing and production.

We don't know yet what is being produced in their facility in SK, but you have to use a little common sense.
