To me that sounds like starting from scratch...but I certainly hope YOU are correct, for the world's sake and ours!
Oh geez Spidey. They already make similar things at that factory in Korea. They need more machines. This is what companies do. In good times they buy machines. In less good times they either idle machines or they sell them. Many times the workings of a company are totally lost on stock traders. More often than not ... or more accurately... most of the time... it remains all and everything about stock price.
