In high doses GI side effects intolerable for most. For ppx in low dose, maybe if studies bear out efficacy. As for Giliads drug, the one case study they are promoting everywhere is laughable to us, and we are the ones who would give it. Unless they can show controlled efficacy BS placebo this hype on the media especially Fox talk shows is laughable. In theory it's MOA gives us very little reason to believe it would be so efficacious as they are touting. Our drug on the other hand...we shall see I suppose.
