Doc, it’s not the past necessarily when Joe stated announcements would happen and that funding would occur, that S-1 would take place. Those were to happen right after dividend.

My issue is, what’s next? Again, it’s a now let’s see what’s going to happen. Give him time, etc.. etc.. and so forth. This was said 3 months ago too and the same thing happened.
