Its not disheartening to me the FDA has made a decision. That to me has been by far the biggest obstacle in the whole thing, the fda deciding what they wanted. Now they can focus on that path and finish the BLA. Maybe you should email NP and ask him why he said they were ready once the FDA made a decision two week ago, what else is needed before they submit part 2.
