Speaking of Teladoc
I just received a letter from my Dr. telling me he will be away from his office and temporarily resuming his former position at our health dept. to assist in community response here in Jefferson County WV.
He asked that his patients to do the following:
Please complete and return the attached telemedicine consent form (in the box below) prior to your appointment. We can use Zoom, Skype or Facetime for telemedicine appointments. These appointments do get billed through your insurance like an office visit. For upcoming previously scheduled office appointments you can determine if you want to reschedule or convert to telemedicine.
