I'm with you, but wouldn't it be nice if some day when patient came to clinic with URI symptoms, we could add rapid common cold swabs in addition to RSV and Flu. In addition to pnuemovax, prevnar and flu vaccines you dose you prescribe your high risk patient's a once a week /month injection of Leronlimab for prevention of hospitalization and exacerbation? I know, this is far off and a lot of stars would have to align...just dreaming.
