Plus, at least in German news, they always add the words "based on official news from China" when the Corona Virus cases from China are re-iterated.
It might as well be the case that China is hiding the real number of infected and died persons, for whatever reason that might be. There is absolutely no plausibility check possible for those numbers. The only one thing that I was told several weeks ago, was that with all official numbers that were reported from China the ratio of infected vs. died cases was always exactly 2.1% for their daily statistics and that for 10 or consecutive updates. This for sure does not sound right / reliable to me and thus makes me wonder what the real figures were back then and are today.
