Re India, Assam is only one of 29 India states. Once the first QDSC Plant is built/in production, each state is a potential location for their own plant, with the QD mixture tuned to the optimum wavelength absorption for the regional microclimate. Assam alone has committed to a minimum of 6 Gigawatts solar by 2030 and more capacity can be exported to neighbouring states. Probably Amtronics India would set headquarters in a large city centrally located in India at some future time.
