Most likely they do have ARDS. Which doesn't mean it's hopeless. Whatever therapy that is used should be fairly fast acting. I have not been able to find out exactly how fast leronlimab binds. The closest I have found is serum concentrations with a 324mg dose. Leronlimab serum levels at 6 hours are 1mg/ml peaking at 13.6 mg/ml at 72 hours. But the binding would be faster than that suggests. Leronlimab will go to the lymphatic system first and start binding there before residuals enter the bloodstream.
