Would you think that they may know that B is being tested this week at the RBL?
I mean since the RBL is run by the government. They might possibly wait until the testing is complete or at least there is some efficacy shown before they throw money at IPIX? I know the government has been shown to waste money but really? It does not matter what Leo does if B works even a little bit there will be plenty of money to be had.
