You do know what caused the spread in Italy don't you? Look it up.
Again, this is not even close to a WWIII, when you are comparing what an actual war looks like on the scale of WWI and WWII looks like. Just look at the numbers of deaths in each war, then get back to us.
Is this virus serious? Yes. No one is even disputing that. But it needs to be put into perspective as well. There are companies working to find a vaccine for it. There are procedures countries are putting in place to curb the spread of the virus.
But this virus is not even close to being anything near what we have seen in the past to what some others have been (yet).
As for count of 17 in the US. With a vaccine, the flu killed over 10,000 last year and thousands upon thousands more were hospitalized. People still got sick even after taking the flu vaccine.
People can put out all kinds of potential what if models of what a virus might do. But right now, we have the facts of what is going on. And we have the facts of how it is being handled. It is not WWIII or worse.
