I posted on another comment to quickly. So there is a plan for financing or you are just guessing funding is in place. This is not a car loan, a branch manager does not just sign off on tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars because someone projects billions in sales. I am not a finance guy, but your point is taken, if the Company has bonafide orders and FDA approval financing should fall in line.
