I’m not disagreeing with Joe but the new Ngio filings states animal testing is required by the US FDA, Presumably being mice. As does the China agreement. Maybe it’s included in error? Antigen Express has conducted many preliminary studies with mice for hiv, cancer and h5n1. The insults backfire so I really hope that stops. Anyway, this is interesting because within it describes the mice model animal studies and positive findings for II-key h5n1 peptide vaccine as enhancing a Rha vaccine as well as being useful on its own:
“In preliminary studies, mice primed with algorithm-predicted H5N1 HA MHC class II epitopes linked to Ii-Key demonstrated improved immunological response to a clinically tested rHA H5N1 subunit vaccine (unpublished observations). Specifically, priming with predicted class II H5N1 HA/Ii-Key epitopes derived from highly conserved regions of H5N1 HA increased the T-helper cell and antibody responses to a rHA boost.”
