I wonder -- "public health focused university" may mean something different than programs with good public health (as a discipline) teaching programs.
On that list U of Washington was #1. If anyplace needs the results of research, it's Washington state. But then they have schools like U of Pittsburgh and U of MN right after that. Those are schools that have great teaching programs but I am not so sure they do the kind of research that we're looking at.
It will be interesting to see when we eventually find out. Johns Hopkins has been on top of this from the beginning and they have a lot of capable researchers including the guy who's considered the American expert on this virus, so I hope it's them.
