It is my understanding that an assistant laboratory technician inadvertently erred in the ointment formulation and while venting the error caused some of the tainted formula to touch an open pack of Tylenol extra strength. The errors continued until a lab rat infected with the corona virus ate one of the compromised tablets and was without any symptoms 48 hours later. Further follow up confirmed the rat was no longer infected with the virus. OWCP, record retention policy is 24 hours. Management is confident the error will be repeated soon and when it occurs...........................................
