very well be. I danced with a lady months ago that had been to the middle east on vacation about the time of the China outbreak. I had a flu shot and shingles shot at the VA around the same time. I normally get dumpy for a few days after the flu shot. This time (a week after both contacts) I got a headache, body ache, low temp, short of breath and a dry cough for 3 days. After that zero symptoms.
The problem is those that are at risk and that could be as high as 60 million people with a negative outcome for 10-15% of them. 18-24 months is a long time for a vaccination.
That said, respiratory illness is always harder and more lethal...which COVID-19 appears to be and I don't consider it a seasonal virus that just run a few months.
