Announce the deals
Issue press releases - that’s normal
If NDA’s don’t release the names
But - if there are real deals in place, then let the shareholders know. Provide some action information already! I have a large position and ready to dump if not. There are no SEC regulations preventing that- just avoid the revenue trap
