You can test sick
patient and or patient with symptoms... and or at least identify it isn't the flu. The problem is testing the general public and carrier's...in mass.
My perception. There are carrier's without symptoms. That can be deadly.
If they don't find or develop a accurate quick test soon. We are headed to full quarantine...and that in itself has major implications as most rural area's people are prepped for at least 30 days.
Metro area's people are on week to week or day to day. 2 weeks max.
