Are you calling me a basher, that is wrong. This is a spec Company and as a shareholder you and I should question claims that appear to be outrageous or misleading. How many posts were written about mergers with Platinum and settlements with J&J that fell flat.
As of now, according to the press release by the Company not one CV patient has been tested. As far as what is in the FDA pipeline, it appears that some devices are in testing and others have applied, none look like Pharmatech. Thermo Fisher out of MA is the latest approval by FDA.

The FDA is looking for novel testing applications. I never stated the Company would not get it or be successful but the odds are probably not given the history.
The Company IR guy is now stating the Company needs $5 million dollars to spend like a drunken sailor, enough said
