Started adding HALB again at .0299 on HALB steeler7wifey. this is probably going to stay above .03. However, it seriously has $1 potential here with the right news. Im hearing they landed a contract with Turkey too, that could be the driving force here. I think .30-.50 is going to be easy, only 44 million shares in the float. This will move lightning fast. I getting good signals company will be releasing info soon, perhaps multiple updates over the next week or so. Im looking to add in the am too.
