Reindeer makes a good point. He is not talking about anyone on this board, so no TOS have been broken. It’s like if we were to talk about someone on another board, we could say that, despite that person’s perceived level of self-importance, that person is nothing more than a pathetic fool. We might say that the person is obviously broke, old, and angry, and that it is not our fault. We might also say that the person made their own choice to bet his retirement on an obvious scam- no one forced him to buy at the top and watch his investment dwindle to $0- that was his decision. Of course, we would not be talking about anyone on this board so it would fall within the rules.
