Interest rates at zero. KB needs to go to his hedgie friends and get them to lend him $5 million on two year terms. He'd probably have to pay 4.5% - 5.5% for the money. DECN could then spend like a drunken sailor, get the product to market faster, add to the same product line, and sell out before the summer is over for big bunches of money.
Large companies have longer term views of how the world works than penny traders do. A large company would want to retain KB and have him manage his Koreans. This will not sit well with the now forgotten malcontents a few of them who are desperate to run DECN. It will be interesting.
