Well KYCast we have ITALY, FRANCE, SPAIN in full lockdown
down . GERMANY is almost in full LOCKDOWN. Several others
smaller countries around the world r in FULL LOCKDOWN.

My read right now on the USA is in the next couple weeks when
we finally get many thousands tested then we will
know how well the country as a whole is doing on containment
and mitigation efforts. If we find out we've done a bad job
then we may have to go FULL LOCKDOWN like EUROPE
countries r now. If we find out we've done a decent job then
we'll probably be able to keep the LOCKDOWNs to very specific
communal areas like what is happening in WASHINGTON STATE
right now.
