For a guy who so desperately wants to take over DECN, and show everyone how the company should be run, I am surprised... well no I guess I'm not... that you have no clue about FDA procedures.
As Chairman and CEO you will not do well with the FDA. Telling the FDA that you think Berman is a crook, a thief and incompetent, your #1, and as far as I can tell only MO, will fall on deaf ears. FDA keeps Minutes of all correspondence, conference calls, and meetings. At the top of the Minutes are names of attendees and everyones degrees and qualifications. Yours will be a little light. Well actually no, non-existent.
I for one cannot wait to see this happen.
