Don't want to be negative but my suspicion is Henry's tweet
will in part say that while he is making progress with LUX
FUNDS , because of the CORONAVIRUS situation
worldwide and many businesses and countries shutting
down activities it is better for PHIL to wait for a better
business environment where the world has gotten
to the improving side of this situation before PHIL
launches any significant projects.
