Leronlimab is not inhibiting entry for COVID-19 virus , it is though for HIV.
You explained well , this is a way we think Leronlimab is working on COVID-19 infection.
So it is affecting positively immune system and is working anti-inflammatory...
Inhibiting T reg cells , and polarization of macrophages are very important effects with this infection.
But it is not stopping virus entering into cells...
Dr Patterson explained that very nicely during our last CC.
