After reading the information below, I kept looking into COVID19. I have no medical background at all, so forgive my lack of technical correctness. From what I gather, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is one of the main reasons this is so nasty. Apparently ARDS occurs when the body reacts to a virus and that reaction results in inflammation that causes fluid to accumulate in the lungs (alveoli). Apparently there can be bacterial infections that result as well. Based on the information YM provided, it sure seems like B could possess the qualities (anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-bacterial) needed to temper and potentially reduce these symptoms...come on B, show us what you've got.
