au contraire .. what NR (non retail) fears is an educated retail investor in alignment with an *aware* NR *target* mgmt .. because once they understand how NR works .. one can buy low and sell high if inclined .. or just continue to add shares an UPSIDE NR entity/s are forced to deploy .. or just wait out outcomes
volume is always key .. real/fake or in between
what is unusual is an OTC target outlasting NRs' almost unlimited *efforts*
