It is not exactly like that..

I spoke with my friend from Warsaw Poland yesterday, physician , we finished together medical school.
they have only 33 patients , one died , not enough tests , all schools , theaters , all completely close..

But with test it is taking few months for scientists with new virus to develop accurate tests
They need enough of biological material ..

This is why test were really not very good until recently.
