Dr NP already spoke with someone in White House about PrEP I believe..
I will be surprise if they will not talk with them about COVID-19 by now.
Everyone knows that if numbers of severe sick patients will be very high , we may not have enough respirators , even that we have many , and for sure not enough ICU beds , even if they preparing entire floors in some hospitals for those patients..
Hope next week they will start injections with Leronlimab...
As for your Q , doctor now can work when they needed , not only when they license ..
I had license in NJ and NY , now I could work for this emergency when needed more ...California , Washington State , or whatever place..
For the time of emergency only of course ...
