I am not on the retail side but it stands to reason that the Company would not have much success going direct to the consumer anyway given its track record. Obviously Pharmacy chains could blow up sales using the same marketing they do for flu shots. But my question still remains, what liability would attach to the box stores if tests were inaccurate? I imagine liability coverage by insurance companies would help from a financial claim. But I wonder what would happen if a CVS or Walgreens gets bad publicity if the tests were inaccurate
