People buying into the private placement are accredited investors, money managers, etc. and not emotional retail investors.
When they buy there is no do over if you all of a sudden have buyer's remorse.
When sp went to 2.19, VERB did not raise the offering. I remember a few people whining about it.
With the sp under $1.50, there is no rebate. This is the real world. You make decisions, sign the papers and wire the money.
They are buying for the long-term. Not some quick flip.
Would someone rather pay $1.15 than $1.20?
Sure, but try buying $4 million shares in the open market at $1.15 and see how that goes.
