Doctors have been screaming for tests and trying to get their patients tested for a month at least. We’ve known the virus was coming since early January. It’s now March 13th.

The phrase “too little too late” is self-explanatory. The virus is everywhere already. It wasn’t mitigated bc we were too slow to respond.
