IMO , screening in coronavirus is within a minutes/couple of hrs and not days..

Then of course observation of patients who are doing ok , if any negative progress,,they be advise to come back if they feeling worse.

Every patient with very mild symptoms , especially young without risk factors , will not be admitted ..IMO

But IMO all admitted patients should be given Leronlimab , hoping they will not develop permanent lungs damage...

But initial evaluation of patient status and x-ray is not long..
Doctors doing that many , many times a day..
