Our stock is tight. To buy a few million shares in the open market could cost them 3 or 5 dollars. The people that are in Verb now are hard core. Long term folks are not selling till at least 7.00. Too many investors are in at high prices and can only pick up a few now at low prices. So to buy in open market would drive the stock way up.
