The price of gas has come all the way down to $3.29 & 9/10

Of course the average ppg in the country right now is a buck less than that. AND......Commiefornia has the refineries on the west coast so it not like we get the gas shipped too far.....noooooo.
How is it possible for Commiefornia to be a buck a gallon higher than the rest of the country????????
